Introduction
This high performance concrete waterproofer is the premium Chinese analogue of Wacker Silres BS CREME C, with equivalent deep penetration and long-lasting hydrophobicity.This product is a water-based highly dispersed and permeable organic silicone paste. Small molecule structures can penetrate the interior of concrete and undergo chemical reactions with the hydroxyl groups of the concrete itself. After in-situ reaction, the concrete transforms from hydrophilic to hydrophobic, forming a certain thickness of water repellent treatment layer inside the concrete, thereby inhibiting moisture from entering the substrate. It has waterproof and chloride ion resistant properties, as well as breathability. It can effectively prevent the corrosion of concrete and internal steel structures caused by water and harmful ions brought by water, such as steel corrosion, looseness, peeling and other concrete diseases, and improve the service life of buildings. The protected substrate has good water repellency and retains its original appearance. Alkaline environments such as freshly poured concrete can stimulate this reaction and accelerate the formation of a water repellent layer.

1. The substrate surface shall be cleaned before use, and all treated surfaces shall be free of ponding, dirt, dust, oil stain and other pollutants.
2. Spraying machine, roller or brush can be used for construction.
3. Before use, to ensure the compatibility and achieve the ideal waterproof effect, the application test should be carried out on each surface to be treated.
4. The surface shall be kept as dry as possible to achieve the best penetration.
Packaging, Storage and TransportationThis product is packed in 15kg PVC plastic barrels, and its shelf life is 1 year when the original packaging is unopened at 5~35 ℃
